How can I create an account?

If I only sell on Amazon, eBay, and third-party platforms, can I create an account?
We welcome online retail stores, including Amazon, eBay, and third-party websites, that have a telephone line and registered business address for returns.
Are taxes included in the product prices?
We use net prices for both goods and shipping. Please remember to add the appropriate VAT when selling products.
Can I mix in-stock items and pre-order items?
While it's possible to combine both available and pre-ordered products into one order, we advise against it to avoid delays in shipping your order. If you place a combined order, the available stock won't be shipped automatically.
How can I pay?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including AMEX, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and Klarna.
It is desirable that all orders be paid by card immediately at the time of ordering so that your order can be processed through the system as quickly as possible. If you are paying by bank transfer, we ask that you send us a transfer as soon as possible so we can release your order. Otherwise, your order may be held.
How can I track my order?

If you have a problem with any item you have received from us, please read our warranty page and contact us as soon as possible, providing all the necessary information.
Can I return the goods using any shipping method?
We strongly recommend using DHL/GLS. Start your return online, select the items you want to return, and tell us why.
If you choose to return by mail, we recommend using a trackable method (DHL, GLS) for the return, as you are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
