Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany : We ship with DHL/GLS and deliver from our factory at Harkortstraße 12-32, 40880Ratingen, Germany.

For all orders within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.50 EUR plus.

The following surcharges apply to the basic price for special services provided by our shipping service provider: A surcharge of EUR 6.00 is charged for insured shipping, and a surcharge of EUR 9.00 is charged for express shipping.

For our business customers we charge a flat shipping fee within Germany:

Weight

  • Up to 5 kg: 4.5 EUR plus VAT.
  • 5 to 10 kg: 9.5 EUR plus VAT.
  • 12 to 31.5 kg: 14.5 EUR plus VAT.
  • 31.5 to 40 kg: 20.5 EUR plus VAT.

The following services are included in these prices: Free subsequent deliveries within Germany if the entire shipment cannot be shipped. Shipping is via DHL/GLS .

Shipping of bulky goods

We also ship fishing kayaks. The products are carefully inspected before shipping and then carefully packaged to ensure they are safe on their long journey to you.

Cost

The flat rates we quote for shipping do not reflect the actual price. These are calculated individually by the shipping company based on the current price and delivery address and are, on average, 50% higher than the flat rate we quote. We therefore cover half of the costs. Deliveries to islands are excluded; in these cases, we will request the delivery price individually.

We currently deliver within a 50 km radius – shipping costs: only €99. For orders further away, please contact our customer service.

How can I create an account?

If I only sell on Amazon, eBay, and third-party platforms, can I create an account?

We welcome online retail stores, including Amazon, eBay, and third-party websites, that have a telephone line and registered business address for returns.

Are taxes included in the product prices?

We use net prices for both goods and shipping. Please remember to add the appropriate VAT when selling products.

Can I mix in-stock items and pre-order items?

While it's possible to combine both available and pre-ordered products into one order, we advise against it to avoid delays in shipping your order. If you place a combined order, the available stock won't be shipped automatically.

How can I pay?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including AMEX, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and Klarna. We prefer that all orders be paid for immediately by card at the time of ordering so your order can be processed through the system as quickly as possible. If paying by bank transfer, we ask that you send us a transfer as soon as possible so we can release your order. Otherwise, your order may be held.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking number.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

We will always try to make changes to your order, but this is not always possible once your order reaches our warehouse management system.

How can I manage and review my account and orders?
Once your account is set up and approved, you can view all your orders, addresses, and contact information under "My Account" in our B2B section. Here you can edit, add, and remove your business information, as well as view all current orders and tracking details.

I think I have a defective product. What should I do?

Can I return the goods using any shipping method?

We strongly recommend using xxx. Start your return online, select the items you want to return, and tell us why.

If you choose to return by mail, we recommend using a trackable method (DHL, GLS) for the return, as you are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
